There are several platforms available for podcasting. However, several criteria must be considered before choosing a platform that is appropriate for the age of the students. 

BAnQ and the Service national du RÉCIT, domaine des langues, have developed a new version of the BaladoWeb platform to broadcast podcasts produced by teachers and students in Quebec. 

This platform allows students to publish audio (mp3) and enriched (mp4) podcasts without having to create an account. However, the teacher must create an account on the platform to receive a class code. The teacher will also have to moderate the students' submissions before they are posted on the BaladoWeb platform. Students cannot create accounts.
